In addition, guys what's the best, rugged and affordable QC 3.0 charger I can get for Mi Max 2? I wouldn't mind an OEM branded charger. Just something that's really QC 3.0 compatible.

I would appreciate recommendations based on personal UX
Thanks

Continue..,. You will soon kill your battery grin

N.B. you dont have to wait until your battery is completely low before you charge.
dude you are the one killing your battery, its advisable to completely drain to 0 and recharge to 100 for battery optimization and calibration.
This was inside an original battery i orded recently from amazon

I heard it's best to always drain battery before charging again. I charge most times at 30% or 20+%. Is it healthy for the battery?
dont listen to people o, its best to drain once a while for calibration and optimisation

This is wrong. For good battery life charge at 20-30%. Some say 80% is the best max charge not 100 but I've not really looked into that. Definitely don't make a habit of charging below 20% though

Calibration could be done 3-4 times a year but that only helps your phone read the battery better, i don't know that it actually helps the battery itself. Ofcos it becomes tough to maintain the 20% rule whenyyou're not sure 20% is really 20% so in that sense i guess calibration also helps

Do not calibrate your battery everyday, you'll definitely be destroying it

You can clearly see it stated there as "how to calibrate your battery" and not " how to charge your battery".
Calibration isnt done regularly as compared to charging

Once in a while is different from every single time.

.BoleAndFish, the decision is yours to take but if I were you, won't be running down my battery always before charging. Keep at 10% minimum. Your device notifies you to charge your battery when it gets to a certain % for a reason.

Those of you running down your battery cuz of SOT, continue o undecided

I need help around this frustrating issue.

My MTN network for about two weeks has been FLUCTUATING between 3G, H, H+ and 4G and it really make browsing hard for me.

I downloaded an app that forces only 4G LTE but once activated, I can't make or receive calls on the line.

PS: I am using Redmi Note 7.

Mtn issue. Nothing much you can do

Your battery is on the verge of packing up if you do this all the time. Its unacceptable to always allow your fone battery to be completely drained before charging.

Yea, thanks.Back to sender. grin Where in settings is your attached screenshot located?Lol. I've seen people say it's best to drain the battery before charging.

While your fone is charging, click and hold on that circle showing the battery percentage. Your fone has to be locked foe that circle to show while charging.

Tell me thank you for this. I know most people never knew that feature was there. cheesy

Advice on Xiaomi products to get around 60 to 70k
Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by MobileGees: 11:39am On Aug 18, 2019
I came up with a solution for those of us that can't keep up with how fast the group is moving but still want to keep up.

I think someone should volunteer to do a quick weekly recap of important things/ tips that has happened in the group.

it will really help majority of us that couldn't keep up get an idea of what has happened during our absent.

.Note 7 4/64. If you can add 5-7k, you'll get the 4/128GB version.

Thanks Genius43. Adjusted
