As a phone repairer, I can confirm that that screen is gone.

But if you call it, it will ring, the notification light is working, the vibrations is working

For me, it depends on user handling. I've been using mine since Dec '18 and it still functions well. I gave someone my KZ ED9 that I bought in Jan 2017, he's still using it, he only had to replace the jack connector about 2 weeks ago. I'm considering still getting the KZ again for myself.

Sound quality on a wired headset or ear buds will always be better than Bluetooth connected headset/ear bud until further notice. cheesy

Na why we no want manufacturers to remove the 3.5mm jack grin

At least until they finally get those sound enhancing chips e.g. Dolby Atmos miniaturised & directly installed in the Bluetooth headset/buds themselves and also figure out how to prevent loss of quality during transmission. That will mean they'll become more expensive too

Get KZ ES4 very sturdy. If the cable fails (which is hardly gonna happen) you can just yank it off & order another cable.

Please when you do get the iPhone, I'll like to know how it handles your thousands of WhatsApp group members. At least we'll be able to confirm where the issue was coming from
