But they said it is stock Android and that it doesn't have the MIUI. What's the disadvantage of the Android one so far?

Just saw on the official Facebook Xiaomi page... REdmi Note 8 is 58k ... 3+32gb variant.

Seriously... Why these guys nor wait. I never even enjoy my Note7 finish!

after download Go to settings, then system updates Click on the mi 10 logo 5 times, it will activate additional features then click on the 3 dots Select "choose update packages" Navigate to the file. make sure u have active data

Still looking for a disadvantage... The only thing is that it's not Miui... If you have used miui you would know those customization that comes with miui are not there but you can customize to your taste o

Pros in the house, I am planning on buying a redmi note 8, as it is my first time of buying a xiaomi phone. But I don't know anything about some stuffs I'm seeing here, like; bootloader, gcam, ota and such..

dnt worry about what u are seeing, OTA simply means downloading/installing system update that is pushed to ur phone.
