What do u mean in dollar? If u pay through ur bank saving card, you will be refunded same amount back into ur account. Don't waste ur time arguing with these banks. They bend their rule to suit themselves. I remember wen dollar was still 205, and they refunded me at the rate of 199. It wasn't an easy battle, but i collected my money back sha. But in this case, u gat no case
