I did everything as directed... The back camera hooks, I'll have to switch to Selfie and then back to back camera before it snaps,, after a while it hooks again... The Selfie camera working fine

Downgrade the gcam to a lower version

Good afternoon house, I bought my brand new note 9S last month and it's been working fine. However, I noticed this morning that when I make calls I can't hear anything from the other end except I put the phone on speaker or I use headset.

What could be wrong and how can I rectify it. Thanks.

Force Restart your phone by holding the power button for 15seconds and also update your phone.
