If you have already downloaded keep the file, once you get an OTA and it carries the same version number use the already downloaded one.

How do I off the "your call has started running recording" alert. It soooo annoying. Why will the phone be alerting the person I'm calling I'm recording?

For Privacy reasons. Don't customer care alert you that the call might be recorded? Abi are you a CIA agent?

It does. It will notify the other party. You can test it now and click the record and ask the other party if there was a prompt.
