Brazil world cup legend Rivaldo has warned every Nigerian and other sports fans to stay away from Brazil because of the level of crime in the country.


The world cup winner disclosed this on his Instagram page, Brazil will be hosting the world at the Olympics in August, Nigeria and the rest of the world will join in the Games of the XXXI Olympiad but the Brazilian World Cup winner and Legend is far from excited, the former FC Barcelona player warned those who has nurtured plans to visit the South American country for the games in Rio 2016 Olympic Games to kindly stay away from the country (Brazil) for their own safety.

Rivaldo lamented on Sunday haven heard about the murder of a 17 year old girl.

“Things on the daily are getting uglier here in Brazil,” Rivaldo had posted on his Instagram page… “I would want to advise everyone who has made plans to visit Brazil during the Olympics in Rio – to please stay back at home. You will be putting your life in danger and you will be at risk here.”

Rivaldo then added, “This is without even speaking about the state of public hospitals and all the Brazilian political mess. Only God can save the us and change the Brazil situation.”

Olympics begins in Rio on the 5th of August, 2016, despite the violence in the country, and the water issues, including the Zika virus scare and everything other vices that could cause harm.
