Actually . . . I think City is on the way.
United, on the other hand, are no more the Great Powers of English football they thought they were.
If I were Mancini's employers, today I would just hand him 100 million pounds to buy Rooney. 1 billion to buy Messi and Ronaldo. Slowly but surely he is doing what no manager since Mou has been able to do in England.

And what is that? To buy the premiership? Don't you think any manager with enough funds can buy the premiership?

To win the premiership.
Don't talk like United have never spent money. They just don't spend that kind of money anymore.

The kind of wages city pays thier players? a whole squad that costs over 300 million pounds, city is currently running at a huge loss. Anybody with sense will know that city are trying to buy the premiership.

The defenders got very rattled and let Liverpool have some 'easy' chances. But whatever City is doing is working and there is really little cause to change much.

Pep is trying but dnt get carried away.dis is not Spain or Germany . premiership is a different ball game entirely.yes he might win dis premiership.i repeat he might.but dnt b too sure.even if he win it he cannot do it continuously like in d days of Alex Ferguson.those days r gone.dat is d beauty of English premiership for now.one club can never dominate english football again.if u like spend all d money in d world. my club man utd inclusive

That first leg was a struggle, hopefully the lads stay focused and see this one through. I'd love to see City, do at the very least, "a domestic double". They deserve no less!
