During the days of our fore fathers they uses thatches and zinc (npanu) and nothing like cancer, even in our days too we drink rainwater from it nd we became stronger, our fore fathers lived 120ys+. U realy said it dat alluminium roofing sheet is a tissue paper u ar very correct, d day our office caught fire dat was wen i gave up on using alluminium sheet cos it was burning like u pour petrol on d roof. Well indomie generation enjoy, for me i go for d real zinc (npanu).

Asbestos is the best, you dont see alumaco in developed countries just in africa, becos its cheap. angry

1. IT IS LIGHT
Aluminium is comparatively very light.Conveying from one point to the other is easy . And it doesn’t add much weight to the building structure. The structural effects of it on a building is virtually non existent.
2. IT IS CLEAN...
The roof is also very clean and easy to handle, you don’t need to wash or do some extra treatment on it.
3. IT IS NOT HARMFUL.
Due to shortage of tapwater, A lot of Nigerians drink rainwater dropped from the roof. For an asbestors roof , study has shown that drinking water from it may cause cancer And for common zinc, it easily corrodes and particles from it also goes along with the fetched water.But this is not so with aluminium because of its clean nature.
4. IT FITS PERFECTLY TO YOUR BUILDING .
Aluminium in the factories are rolled like toilet rolls, it is when you measure the span of your building roof trusses that the aluminium is cut into the size and lenght of your roof.
5. DOESN'T LEAK EASILY.
Except during the process of installation,it is only when the roof is damaged by nails or others that you may experience leakage but which can also be easily corrected.

I think you compiled this one in 1980. FYI asbestos is no in use jn this country what they use is fiber and cement+cellulose. Check companies producing in Nigeria like NIGERITE LTD.
on the other hand you didn't talk about that noise the roof makes when it rains as if the world is coming to an end.
More so, kindly educate people on the level and rate of discoloration with those guaged like 0.45 you guys offer or most times mix together for innocent hardworking people who will not know exactly what you have done to them.
And lastly, it does leak well and flash band is what is eventually recommended. Those whitish spot seen on aluminum roods were signs of leakages. More so, in instances of strong wind aluminum roof is susceptible to been blown off especially when it is installed on wind paths.

Can you tell the better ceiling. PVC of the normal one.. We usually paint white (I don't know if we call it gypsum or asbestos ceiling)... It's the very popular one. Which one is better answer safer.

those who used my roofing option really have good story tell during the summer o. outstanding heat absorbent, excellent noise silencer .... calculated weight to resist destructive wind also concealed side facing to allow for nail-less installation. aesthetics.....in fact i'm very happy about report i got from Ibadan, ife parakin, and numerous in Lagos.

Oga this one wet you call you product no be NIGERITE CROWNTILES SO. Formerly called cretetiles . It's an interlock roofing products it doesn't burn , has a calculated weight against wind and its made from sand and cement.
