Advantages of aluminium roof to others.
1. IT IS LIGHT
Aluminium is comparatively very light.Conveying from one point to the other is easy . And it doesn’t add much weight to the building structure. The structural effects of it on a building is virtually non existent.
2. IT IS CLEAN...
The roof is also very clean and easy to handle, you don’t need to wash or do some extra treatment on it.
3. IT IS NOT HARMFUL.
Due to shortage of tapwater, A lot of Nigerians drink rainwater dropped from the roof. For an asbestors roof , study has shown that drinking water from it may cause cancer And for common zinc, it easily corrodes and particles from it also goes along with the fetched water.But this is not so with aluminium because of its clean nature.
4. IT FITS PERFECTLY TO YOUR BUILDING .
Aluminium in the factories are rolled like toilet rolls, it is when you measure the span of your building roof trusses that the aluminium is cut into the size and lenght of your roof.
5. DOESN'T LEAK EASILY.
Except during the process of installation,it is only when the roof is damaged by nails or others that you may experience leakage but which can also be easily corrected.

The colour fade away quickly!

In as much as aluminium roofing is durable, I still prefer asbestos because of its aesthetic nature. Plus the trend in roofing materials choices now favours asbestos over the others.

Can you tell the better ceiling. PVC of the normal one.. We usually paint white (I don't know if we call it gypsum or asbestos ceiling)... It's the very popular one. Which one is better answer safer.

that's if you do oversabi and follow you contractor to the factory then he will teach you lesson and buy fake....original does not fade

During the days of our fore fathers they uses thatches and zinc (npanu) and nothing like cancer, even in our days too we drink rainwater from it nd we became stronger, our fore fathers lived 120ys+. U realy said it dat alluminium roofing sheet is a tissue paper u ar very correct, d day our office caught fire dat was wen i gave up on using alluminium sheet cos it was burning like u pour petrol on d roof. Well indomie generation enjoy, for me i go for d real zinc (npanu).

Yah! Thats true buh wah 'bouh the heat resistance properties, the sound it produces during rainfall and others... U can afford it buh U myt nt enjoy it... Thats Y most people go for Stone Coated roof tiles buh the wise ones go for DS South Korea tiles... Metrotiles ke?? Metrotiles and Wichtech jes have expensive prices, they sell same quality as DS/Batlan... Buh 'ts 'coz Wichtech is a pioneer roof dealer in 9ja and their advertising media is a costly one, thats Y their price is high... Their product is same as DS/Batlan buh DS/Batlan can withstand mur extreme pressure than Wichtech and Metrotiles... Go check that out!
