you see it....All these enemy of progress and enemy of the poor masses will continue to live in agony and hell on earth.... is this not the Saraki that COC, Tinubu and his cohorts wants to frustrate...he recognized the Legitimate NLC Leader while Oshemole that i respect so much stood so low and allow himself to be used by the APC mongrels yesterday to negotiate with the Ajero faction....

Wabba and Bukola are sympathetic to the same cause. We know them, but I tell you it will fail 'cos either you wailers like or not, Sai Baba is taking Nigeria to a higher height. By the way, where is the strike? Hope its not this flop of a thing Sha. I even heard, this Waba is craving for another dialogue with the government having seen his efforts flopped.

Lolz, let's just pray saraki employs diplomacy.

Did u watch senator Chris Ngige on NTA? With such arrogance, why wouldn't NLC walk out on them?

Truely, strike is not the option, but that is d only way the govt would have listened to the voice of the masses tru labour.

Why wouldn't FGN consult with major stake holders b4 embarking on their decissions?

According to Ngige, they placed the whole card on the table b4 NLC and wanted to negotiate with them on minimum wages that has been on the table b4 d fuel issue and was unable to shift grounds @all.

Removing subsidy was a good mood by FGN, but labour had to wade in, FGN increased electricity bills with absolutely nothing to show for it, everyone kept mute because we all knew that FGN needs money, but waking up one morning and increase petrol prices without consultations is absurd.

Kachikwu said, it was subsidy.

Vp osibanjo said it was not subsidy but lack of fx.

Who do we believe? It is better the labour tell them that we ain't sleeping.

Truth be told, b4 GEJ tried to remove subsidy, the organised a town hall meeting to explain to Nigerians the pros and cons associated with the subsidy wahala.

@least to tell nigerians that they care and know the sufferings we are passing tru, unlike waking up one morning and remove it and den try to blackmail labour with it ( court orders and NO work, NO pay).

That is not good. The subsidy has been removed, but what do u intend to do to alleviate the sufferings of poor masses?

Out of a country of over 170million, u singled out just 1million, not even upto 0.5% of the population where more than half are relatively poor, it makes no impact. However, we must start somewhere, but certainly not with the kind of arrogance exhibited by FGN on this issue.

@least, make FGN know that people are watching, so that they will do something Asap, unlike the case of electricity bills where no one queried them and den, they went and relaxed, even the light sef, we no de see,yet plenty plenty bills.

d fantastically corrupt Ayuba Wabba can not get "ghana must go" frm PMB so he makes d obvious choice.
Saraki has realized dat his series of cowardly pranks & erratic behaviours of renting crowds, writing letters, scheming throughout d night, running scared frm one court to another to grind d wheel of justice has not worked & he has resorted to populism so as to appear dat he cares.
If we ar to believe dat Saraki truly cares, he must start by coughing-out d funds of hapless SGBN depositors which he used to purchase properties in Europe & America while d depositors groaned here at home.

I just shake my head reading comments of ignorant individuals as regards factions in NLC. Please be informed that the so called faction is led by an election loser. Joe Ajaero of the NUEE (National Union of Electricity Employees) contested during the last NLC election and lost. Instead of him to take the route of his brother GEJ he chose to follow the infamous path of trying to run a parallel government of the Union but unfortunately for him,he has just 3 Unions following him (PENGASSAN & NUGTWUN & NUEE) out of 42 Affiliates of the NLC and this propagandist govt negotiates with that joker.
Why don't we also ask ourselves who occupies the Labour house in Abuja and controls all NLC houses across the Nation. Please even if we will support blindly this propagandist government, leave NLC out of it. NLC is not divided! At the moment, the Labour center is led by no other than Comrade Ayuba Philibus Wabba, mni.
On the current strike action led and fronted by NLC, whether the public supports or not, history will record it that when it matters most SOME PEOPLE STOOD TO OPPOSE THIS PROPAGANDA-FILLED OPPRESSORS!
VIVA NLC! ALUTA CONTINUA!

Is subsidy part of their employment condition?. Consulting wit labour b4 making a policy decision is not a right but just a way of showing courtesy. d main reason d arrogant Wabba faction walked out was because d fed govt also met wit d other faction.
d questions u should ask urself ar - did labour follow d laid down procedures pertaining to strike?.
Is fuel subsidy part of their employment terms?.
By disobeying d court of arbitration which is legally empowered to adjudicate on labour matters, did NLC not break d law & engage in illegality?.
Is d federal govt wrong to invoke d "no work no pay" rule on anyone involved in such an illegal strike?.
Ar u aware dat d problems of d power sector was compounded by d fact dat unlike doing what OBJ did wit d telecoms sector by selling to REAL investors, GEJ sold to PDP cronies & govt sponsors?. Pls be fair.

Re: Saraki Meets NLC Leadership Led By Comrade Ayuba Wabba(pics) by Akiika: 10:31pm On May 19, 2016
They'll wear some stupid, cheap ankara and silly face cap, only for them to be riding Landcruiser, a 50 million naira car and living in mansions. They are meeting with a senate president they ought to be protesting his continued stay in power despite his monumental corruption case. Let Saraki go and reverse the deregulation. NLC should go and get the members of their immediate and extended family to go out and protest. Nigerian People don shine their eyes. We will give this government the benefits of doubt.
