The pregnant former soap star raised concerns for her health after sharing a picture of her hooked up to a drip on Snapchat.
Writing on Twitter, Steph told fans this afternoon: "I'm all good and back at home thanks for the support. Resting up."

"Glad to hear it doll. Keep well," one fan wrote.

The actress - confirmed to be expecting her first child with ex Jeremy McConnell - posted the concerning image to Snapchat earlier today.
It featured a shot of the 23-year-old's arm elevated and hooked to an IV.
Stephanie provided no explanation as to why she was receiving medical attention as she shared the picture with her followers.
