I'm a 2nd class lower(3.48) graduate of soil science
i'm considering going for my MSc outside the country asap why? because I really appreciate the practical approach of learning in most of the universities outside the country, however since the sole purpose of MSc is for one to know and understand the basis of the course and to have a specific area of concentration,but I'm a bit confused on country and institution to choose with less or no tuition fee

I believe someone somewhere I don't know will be ready to help and I'm sure someone somewhere will appreciate making someone somewhere getting it right tru his or her own effort.
