I recently bought a 2005 ES 330.
I want to do the 1st engine oil change but I am in the dark on the best oil to use.
engine cap shows 5W-30 and odometer reading is about 123k.
The gurus, kindly advise on the best to use.

you can use 5W30 as the cap indicates.
