Speed is Okay, 3MB/s and above at night which is when i usually do my Downloads with VPN on my PC (don't know if it'll be different with a Phone)

The SIM comes with subscription but I don't know the price. If the price is closer to that of it with a Mifi then it might be better to opt for the SIM + Mifi.

Alright, I know about this. The 4G LTE free 4GB comes only once and it is the normal subscription rates attached. That is, #1000 for 1.5GB and the likes. By the way, the sim I'm using is a new one. I don't know why I can't get the 2k for 7GB package. cry
