hi can anybody tell me wtz the problem. i charged my starcomm for 3 month. it has been 2 weeks and now i get this error: 691 access denied cuz user name and password was invalid in the domain, so  ?? |

Call them. It's possible your payment has not been "applied". If they say your account is active, then look at your modem connection settings and set the pasword to be the same as your modem's phone number. Otherwise, delete your modem settings so it can reinstall with the new password. |

did you pay for three months or did you pay for 250 hours which has 3 month validity? i had a varaiant of this when i bought madam a genie modem 100 hours - but i didn't know it had a 2 week validity period. there she was managing the time on the modem - only for it to stop working with some 80 hours unused  |

That is why MTN is so popular. Starcomms slow pace of activation is a real pain in the neck. |
