It can not be gainsaid that one person can not be left to run a nation. Infact one person should not be left to run anything not even a school, a manufacturing plant or anything. People should not be subjected to the initiative and good judgement of only one person because even if that person is morally upright, he or she can still make mistakes. Nobody is a strong man enough to run everyone and everything. Infact, this is a major setback of socialism as the system requires a strong man. The bottom line is that a society should not put any person in charge without making the person subservient to someone else or a group of people who will as a master act as a check on the person in charge. And the system for checkers at all levels must be the golden rule 'Do unto others what you want others to do unto you'. With such a rule, anyone, any group, any nation, any organisation will achieve good success.

When monarchy was introduced among the Yoruba, the Ogboni fraternity was introduced along with it and every Yoruba town or city had an Ogboni council with officers and members. All free men were members of the Ogboni. The government was subject to the Ogboni and the Oba was just a protagonist, representative or messenger of the Ogboni who could be removed by the Ogboni without any ceremony. Non members of the Ogboni are called Eriwo while members are called Omo ile meaning children of the Earth. Despite the paraphernalia of the Oba's office, the high veneration and accolades, the Ogboni fraternity can remove the Oba without any hassles.

The Ogboni operate with a simple rule 'Be fair to others' and their mantra is a prayer, saying 'Any Ogboni who is unfair to any human being will not prosper'. An Ogboni person is a free person with no master. The Ogboni member has only one master and that is the conscience under God.

So if there will be progress, peace, prosperity and stability in any nation on Earth today, the committe in charge of that nation must be firmly sworn to fairness to all humans irrespective of where they live on Earth. All humans, without exception. The watchword of that committe must be 'fairness to all at all cost' and such a committe will reserve the right to remove any President or Prime Minister without ceremony or hassles, once that leader has fallen out of favour with the committee on principle. Nobody should hold absolute power apart from the commitee and that absolute power of the commitee must rest on the golden rule. All decisions by the commitee will be unanimous and without opposition because anything morally wrong even if merely against a child on the other side of the world, will be rejected immediately by the commitee. That commitee was the Ogboni in ancient Yoruba states and that committee is the top echelon of the CIA in the United States today.

The CIA is an Ogboni institution and the assembly of their top echelon is an Ogboni assembly in all ramifications. An Ogboni assembly is a solemn assembly. Resolutions are passed on their utter merit and every member will leave the meeting very light, knowing they have further advanced the cause of humanity, they have done the work of creation, they have worked for God.

Because the CIA is an Ogboni assembly is why you will not find the name of a US Politician in the Panama papers. US Politicians know they are being watched by the CIA, so they behave themselves. The President has the final say on executive matters but that is after all issues have been raised by the CIA top echelon. The shame or glory will then be the President's. The President will remain on good terms with the CIA, so far he is on the narrow path of the golden rule.

So it must be reiterated, it must be restated that there can be no prospect of success for any nation unless they are operating a similar system with the US with respect to the CIA. The CIA is an Ogboni organisation. The earliest Ogboni states were the Yoruba states. The main feature is that the head of the nation state and even other officers have no absolute power and can be removed at will by a seemingly faceless commitee whose only rule is fairness to others. The nation carrying that on today is mainly the United states, though it is also a democracy.
