The clan created 20 federating units (19 states and Abuja) with hundreds of local government areas from one northern Nigeria region after independence, but created only 17 units in two regions of southern Nigeria after independence.

I never said that was the solution. I only described how the last two administration escaped the wrath of those boys. it might not be the solution but at least it worked for them.
