My friend, Lagos has always been before your oil. Lagos had a telephone line 82years before the first place in South South ever had one. That tells you the headstart Lagos had always have. Lagos was already developed before Nigeria even because a country. The industries that developed Lagos and still responsible for Nigerians industrial output were all on the mainland and built by the Western Region under Awolowo with Cocoa money.
