Truly smartphones are eating deep into our relationships, families, friends and neighbours are no longer bonding as before cause now everybody is busy pressing their phones. This isn't healthy as we build fake relationship while neglecting the real ones.
You're very correct. People need to consciously invest more in relationships that involve physical interactions. To a large extent, this would enhance communication and strengthen relationships.

Health wise, there's currently a condition, known as 'text neck'- it is a neck pain and spinal damage sustained from looking down at smartphones, tablet, or other wireless devices too frequently and for too long...

The use of smartphones and other related technologies has come to stay but moderation is highly imperative while using them.
