According to Spanish news website Eldiario.es a protected witness in a case being brought against porn baron Torbe has implicated Athletic Bilbao player Iker Muniain in being involved in a sexual assault, and David De Gea of being involved in organising the encounter where it took place.

According to El Confidencial the unidentified player also mentioned in the the protected witness’s statement, was Isco.

Eldiario.es states that the victim made a statement on on 3 June 2015 regarding the supposed abuse, in which Muniain allegedly took part, and which, according to the victim’s statement took place in 2012 in a central five star hotel in Madrid.

According to the victim’s version of events, as published by eldiario.es, it was porn producer Torbe who took her to the suite loft of the hotel, with the promise that she would earn a significant sum of money, but that she had to do whatever the footballers wanted.
