That was a tough choice, but Mohammed Ali, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela paved the way for him, he did fine to attend Mandela's burial, I expected him to do same for Mohammed Ali.Daughter's graduation ? I believe representation by his wife is okay.

Ali needed him to be there, Ali expected him to be there. I am glad William Jefferson Clinton was there, at least one President was there, would have been unforgivable.

Just to put things in context, the draft-dodging crime that almost ended Ali`s career did not stop Bill Clinton from becoming America`s President. Bill Clinton was also a draft dodger, but his skin colour means he can get away with draft-dodging without any negative consequences

Once a Christian,always a christian. He died as a Muslim but buried as a Christian. I love my religion.
