What does an engineer needs to fit in into the banking sector? is bsc enough?

And will their promotion or pay be restricted because they r not an accountant?

An engineer could get employed as anything he/she feels like.

A permanent staff, a contract staff or even a gateman.

It depends on what you applied for.

Ur performance matters abeg not wat u studied. Everyone can learn nd understand finance

does dat means d person that studied accounting with ican has equal chance with a bsc engineer or any oda discipline in d recruitment process?

Anyone can work in a banking sector. The question is "are you going to be taken as a contract or permanent staff?". Most likely the former, because banks rarely recruits permanent staffs nowadays.

If an Engineer is hired as a professional he get up to 300k but as a bank officer he gets what everybody else get Wc is btw 150 and 200 and as a contract staff less dan 100k
