If it is a Blackberry 10 device, probably you updated the app. The only way you can get your FB back is to do a reload. It happened to me and I reloaded my Z10 as well. |

to reload your bb10,just go to settings, clique on security and privacy then clique on securitywipe. its takes up to 30 or 40 mins to complete,after which you ll start your phone again,ur Facebook shld be bk by then, I did same for mine. note that your phone must not be off during security wipe. I suggest you plug it to power outlet or a power bank during security wipe. I hope this help. |
