I have the same issue as well, but I discovered that once you put your phone number as user name your password will be your surname maybe in CAPITAL LETTERS OR CAPITAL LETTER FOR FIRST ALPHABET OF THE SURNAME AND REST ALPHABET SHOULD BE SMALL LETTERS. JUST TRY SEVERAL OPTIONS IT WILL SURELY ENTER. GOOD LUCK

An official announcement will be made shortly as regards the physical verification of the 200,000 selected for the first phase of the NPower programme, #npowerng said this afternoon in a Facebook post.

The physical verification will be done nationwide.

I went to that local govt and I was told that there is no such information about npower as at 29th November 2016.
