What Buhari and Fayose are saying is different. Buhari lied that he met an empty treasury but we later got to know that there was more than $30 billion in the foreign reserve, we were later told that from the 'empty' treasury he met he was able to bail out States that couldn't pay salary. Buhari kept lying that PDP destroyed Nigeria but APC right now is filled with former PDP stalwarts: OBJ, Atiku, Saraki, Amaechi among others, so who is deceiving who. Compared with Lagos IGR, the federal allocation, the project Fashola did in Lagos and the huge debt he incurred, he performed woefully in Lagos, u and I can see how he's messing up in the power sector now
