How has everyone been?I am not new here I just changed my name. My dear sisters I am tired of this TTC journey. My period is regular but no pregnancy almost two years after the last miscarriage. I have done follicular tracking,my husband's sperm has been tested and from the results it is very good. I have not done hsg and hormonal profile yet but I don't know if to see another gynaecologist. We treated infection after tests showed there was infection. I have cried and prayed. Its been six years,I am tired. You know how TTC journey can be draining financially. I was also referred to one woman that gives herbs and runs a maternity home but I have not decided if to see her(she is charging 50k)Please sisters I don'.t know what to do,please advise me.

Sorry if I'm going deeper....my question is when you meet your DH, does the Sperm flow in or flow out?

Although people say you only need one sperm to fertilize an egg out of the millions,,,but what if Sperm does not even flow in.


You need to ask your DH to do a repeat SFA.

Mama b strong o. God does not store prayers, HE answers dem. HE has seen ur tears n ur heart cry already, just trust Him. Dat 50k 4 herbs don reach to start d hormonal assay n HSG test if you get d mony now to do am. God no d sleep o. My frnd told me how her daughter was extremely sick, she did evrytin humanly possible no way. She even wish d pickin death cos she was tired. D night she prayd, jumpd, screamd n cried d loudest was d nite d worst crisis happened. She told God she was tired, pushd d almost dead baby aside n went to sleep cos she cldnt remember in a year n six month wen she closed eyes 4 2hrs cos of baby. She slept off, snorin n enjoyin her life 4 d lst time. Hours later, she heard Mummy I want to eat, tinkin it was d oda children, she warned dem not to disturb her. She got a push n heard d voice again. In shock she woke up. Lo n behold it was d suppose dead child hale n harty talkin. She's abt 6 now n not bin in d hospital. Moral of d story- When you have done ALL you know how to do LEAVE IT FOR GOD TO DO HIS WORK.

Please mamas in the house I need your help again.

Since January dh has done 5 semen analysis test and all the results have been conflicting.

1st one was done January at clinic with 6.8m count

2nd done in April but he didn't see the exact count but the doctor said it improved. (We relocated and had to change hospital)

3rd done in May at a specialist hospital (a gynecologist we decided to start using) with 5.3m count

4th done in May at mecure with 30m count (a week apart because he has been in addyzoa since January and I just couldn't accept the hospital's result)

5th done in July at union with 9m count

He's currently on enhanz and he has been using it for over 4 weeks. We both got treated for staph too before he started using enhanz


Now I'm really confused. What's causing this inconsistency in the sperm count? What can he do to permanently improve it

Please I need your opinion or suggestions on this. God bless you

I believe you will need to see a doctor abt d present sitution. He may run pelvic scan n Transvirginal scan to ensure your womb is in perfect condition. He may advice you to go for d hormonal assay n HSG. When you are through wit d test, he will tell you d best treatment option or other fertility options like d IUI or IVF. It is well with you. Don't b afriad cos nothin is wrong wit you. Wake up by 12am take charge of your day , life n destiny in prayers. Declare n decree dat every of your reproductive organ is functionin well. Tell yourself dat your womb will carry ur baby n ur breast will give suck to your children. Keep talkin to God in prayers. It is well wit you.

Amen sis,I have done scan(it was good)and swab test recommended by my doctor and I had infection which my husband and I both treated. I have started the hormonal assay today(day 2/day 3 test) then I was asked to come back day 21. It is well my sister I will also continue praying. I will not go into debt or borrow because of trying to conceive,it is really financially draining. Thank u sis

After treatment, let him use Clina-lancet lab. The cost may be high but you're sure of a quality result.

The variation in result maybe caused by method of production, laboratory personnel and life style. Best wishes

I want to scan on Monday been last week which is supposed to be my early 7th week but scan said that I am 5 weeks they can only see the d gestational sac with no fatal pole so I took d scan to my Dr she said that the scan is even within 4weeks I was so devastated, then on Wednesday the spotting start. On Thursday the bleeding became much so had to order for evecuation
