Not necessarily run away but ask her why 7 days simple.From 3 days the sperm repairs itself and produces fresh batches so she might have a reason.

Yes dear you can very much get scars/adhesions from hysteroscopy. Some people don't even know they have adhesions.. their Doctor may not know too. Especially if they are not well experienced. That is why we all need to read up. Research is the key to knowledge my darlings. Read..read read and ask your doctors questions. Keep asking until you get the right answers. And ofcos, pray pray and keep praying all the way through this journey. We all need God.

I had severe adhesion when I had an operative hysteroscopy. A serious one at that. Thank God that the Fertility specialist/gynecologist placed me on wobenzym weeks before the procedure and the Almighty God was involved in my case. When I started having severe pain about a week/days after. I added serrapeptase. Intact the whole story is/was scary and personal.... let me stop here.
And the end of the whole thing God healed me sha.

Yes darl, you can very much take coq10 but ubiquinol is better. Ubiquinol is the bioavailable coq10 and works better. More expensive too. You can also take ovacare if that is what you have and can afford. You take them and pray to God to make them work for your conception.

Through scan, hsg, physical examination if the adhesion is on the cervix. And again the doctor needs to be experienced to know what to look out for. Which area do you feel pain.

A week is just too short to observe a noticeable change madam. You need weeks to months. Meanwhile, carbergoline works better and faster but more expensive than Bromocriptine.

Just relax, don't rush and be hopeful for good news. GL

Good result bro. The motility is okay and Beyond average of 50% standard likewise the count.
However, the result isn't showing the morphology of the cells ( like shapes, in percentage just like motility)

If you can afford it ild advice you go to another lab as this is not a very detailed report and does not give parameter values or at least a reference range so when they say normal as against what?.

If you can afford IVF, why not channel 5% of that fund to healing your tubes naturally.
Except age is a factor. You can heal hydrosaplnix,unblock your tubes and conceive naturally without having to go back to do IVF each time you want to conceive.

But then..my problem is that I think i have experienced implantation failure twice

How i know this was that...last month...i experienced a very sharp pain at 9DPO..the pain continued up until 10DPO and it eventually subsided in its own
I even thought i was pregnant after this...but then two days before my expected period..i saw spotting, then eventually my period came...
So my question is that...how can i improve my chance at implantation and what do you guys suggest i do abt my cycst...any fertility drugs to use

Work on those Fibroid,cyst and all. No matter what anyone say, they are a burden on your uterus and can interfere with its proper function.

If I was to advise you, I will sy go for womb cleansing/detox and womb setting with herbal medicine. Myometrium wasn't clearly defined in the scan so they are suspecting it my be small Fibroid causing it ,they are not so sure. You have small cyst springing up on both ovaries as well.

Your hormones needs some balancing. Prolactin is a bit high, FSH ;LH balance show signs of poor ovulation. Progesterone shows you didnt ovulate. So you need to balance that out as well.

Considering your history, you just need proper management and I think you will be fine pretty fast.

Ma'am run fromsuch labs, a Google search indicates minimum of 3 days maximum of 5 days, you can check that with WHO. So, why would someone say 7 days? if it not to make money from you. Open your eyes with your labs, doctors, ask questions and question their hypothesis or recommendation.

The count is not okay but the Motility is fair, use anyone your are comfortable with.

Improve on the parameters urgently or you need urgent answers? Cos it takes at least 3months before any significant change is seen.
Get a combination of manix, vit E. Do a lifestyle change, if you drink or smoke you have to stop. Exercise and eat lots of fruits
