Wisely you can lodge this complain to their customer care. I have bank with these banks for years now and have never experienced delay of refund cash. If you are debited without money been paid they will accredit your account. Just follow up nd be patient where they patient when dey took the money, are they patient when take their hidden charges, this banks are a problem to the poor struggling masses 1 Like |

It's not as if am praising them,it happened to me about a week ago.I wrote to the guys in lagos via email and within two days they replied me that they have reversed the transaction whilst I complained at their portharcourt rumuola branch on same day i notified the Lagos guys and they gave me a complaint paper to fill and told me It will take 5 working days.The guys in Lagos did it in one day.Follow the right approach and it will be resolved as soon as you don't even expect it.Forget those their branch managers that don't even know what they are doing.
Though am yet to thank Nairaland and the guy that posted the addresses but it helped me a lot-so copy the one of ecobank and send a mail to the ecobank address and watch what happens-

Customers ... Hmmnnnn.. Anyway, dey say customers r always right sha.. But its only wen Atm debited without dispensi g dat d public go hear but when its dispensing without debiting, no body go hear , meaning Atm is paying. U but ur balance remains unchanged, nobody go hear o.. We av several case like dat in my bank eg a. Customer had 35, 000 in his acct , he withdrew10, 000 & he realised dat he was not debited, tried it d 2nd time, it was d same, he tried it 20 times , which equals to 200, 000 and left d account dormant till date.. He stopped using dat particular acct .. D bank didnt report to anybody o... |
