u may actually have the vitamins,but your body is not synthesizing it probably. You could try high doses of vitamin C.
Brushing your teeth always may not be helping your situation.you can do with some mouth wash for some 1 week before you get back to your brush. As for the inability to synthesize, exercise regularly to activate your body receptors.

Could be signs of chronic gingivitis which may need attention from a dentist too.
Please check with your dentist if possible. I think your teeth may need serious scaling.
