And you think this happens in Nigeria alone?? No one is begging you to click, if you do, it's ur cup of tea...
Nigeria is already upside down, everyone wants to make a living, get rich or die poor.

Hahahahahahahaha

Even Google knows what this is all about, that's why they came up with Adsense, meaning "add sense" to your blog or whatever you do.

Nobody will click nothing when there is no sense in such clicking. grin

Do I blame them? No.
Nigerians would rather read celebrity gossip than educational (academic) or sound relationship blogs like https://nifemiolu..com

So the market is available for them.

You think its better to go to the streets, wear a suit and start cleaning Windscreens?. Good luck to that. And those of you that want to start reporting, that shows how jobless y'all are. If you get job, you go dey get time to report people?.

I am a blogger and I have nothing to say to defend desperate bloggers who will do anything for traffic. They do not know how the power of information they dish out affects people around. That was how I once saw a blog claiming comedian emmanuella is dead. I knew it was false but decided to open to see the useless content they will post. The author was now claiming he is doing investigation over the 'recent development' ... I was like wtf... God has a special prison in hell for bloggers who have to lie in the name of making money.

Get rich or die trying huh? But next minute we'll both be here castigating yahoo boys, what is the difference between you and all those guys? You preach get rich and die trying when it suites you and next minute castigate drug pushers and armed robbers. Hypocrites!

And this is your smart work? Kontinu, very soon someone else will play a "smart work" on you, just don't come back here to cry foul.

Most Nigerians are just thieves without opportunities. That's why politicians rob them blind cos they know 95% will do the same and even more if given the opportunity to be in their positions.

Blogging in Nigeria is now something else. Many of our bloggers parading themselves as Entertainment Bloggers are nothing but soft porn bloggers and liars. Many of the so called successful bloggers on facebook are not worth emulation and celebrating. That is why when I saw that guy called Donvin celebrating a new car, I'm just shaking my head. Those guys should never be celebrated. They are one of the problems we have in our society today (including in the blogosphere -as Adsense now raise a brow for Nigerians)

Look at this guy who own gistmelove. The guy will come to nairaland to claim a Professional Entertainmemt Blogger. But on facebook, they create secret pages where they carry out their misdoings.

Here is one of his porn posts http://www..ng/2015/10/new-leak-video-naija-ashwo-servicing_26.html?m=0

Here is another post where he lied that Actor Odunade Adekola is dead to get traffic, and then claimed he was watching a movie http://www..ng/2015/10/odunlade-adekola-famous-nigerian-actor.html?m=0

Bottom line is. Many of this new set of bloggers are lazy dudes. What they do is phish facebook accounts, use them to create facebook groups, post nonsense, and trick visitors to click their Adsense. And they too will come out to claim 'I'm a blogger'

Nonsense!!!

grin grin grin

The issue is not with the blogger but with the people who view blogs that add no relevance to their lives.. I have a career blog but how many Nigerians are Interested in career development? Most people prefer to view blogs that have headlines such as Linda ikeji shows private part in pictures or wizkid smokes Igbo in public, compared to headlines that deals with evaluating your career etc.. .Most of my followers on twitter (check my profile for my twitter handle) are foreigners because they love to improve themselves meanwhile blacks and Nigerians prefer gossip news, nothing more..

Well my career blog is www.careercrew..com

Please feel free to comment and rate the blog. .Criticism and backlash is allowed. Thank you

Your blog is relatively new and I feel that you can improve by effectively networking and pushing out great content.
If you can, I will suggest that you buy a domain name and use an attractive template or theme. You need more graphics design to paint a beautiful picture of a career blog. A great nitche I must say.
All the best!

It cannot be stopped, either join it or stop hating. The owners of the advert platform and devising new strategy everyday to stop them, yet they are finding new ways to circumvent.

What drives them is Nigerians, for every 3 "la click la bend" you see on nairaland, one other person has click to see what's going on and that is fair enough.

People would say Nigeria music is pankolo but people are buying and paying the artist millions, same with the useless news bloggers (yeah, me included).

Open a blog about career opportunities and see whether you will pass 100 page views a day.

We as Nigerians deserve whatever we got cos it is Nigerians that are patronizing those guys.

Sometimes I pity Google but when I think about the billions Google is making, I think it's a fair deal

That's why many are poor and few are rich. The many(poor) always run away from self development into a niche that relaxes them momentarily, while the rich oriented individuals are devouring every piece of information on how to reach his goal and achieve fulfillment. To me, the path of the many(poor) aren't always the right path, that's why i always follow the few.

For those who have been complaining that their adsense account got banned, guess black hat is what most of them are into. They drive traffic to an empty page, no article, only image. And most of them have a way of embeding adsense on a porn image that is transparent. Any visitors who click the por*n image automatically clicks the adsense ads.

Most of them also insert buttons to click adsense. Nigerians are just not doing the right thing. Its becomming the latest trend in the blogging and you see a one day adsense approved account making 200 daily.
