Mode said it was his own version of Jay Z's girls, girls. Yet another hit track from his yet to be released album.

I first heard it on his myspace page (www.myspace.com/modenine) and then on Joy FM 96.5 Otukpo in Benue State.
It's quite a tight joint, let me know what you feel about it if you have heard it too.

Re: Nigerian Girls By Modenine. by Christino(m): 8:40pm On Jan 11, 2007
I wonder when we'll stop crying over split milk. When an artiste samples an entire track, no problem, but when style, dance and outline are entirely copied in most tracks it becomes a problem of a wannabee. I ain't heard the track but if it's more sensible than jay-z's i'd love to add it to my playlist.

I didn't really like jay-z's anyway. Girls and so what? last of my problem grin

I corroborate Kulex2k1's statement and i'd say myself that mode 9 bleeped up(big time) by doing that, am really disappointed in him coz i no mode 9 as a talent and very creative rapper but dat doesnt mean dat am beefing him and i just dont no when dis naija version of foreign music will eventually stop.now the question is DOES THAT MAKES US REAL?
Re: Nigerian Girls By Modenine. by trendy(f): 4:36pm On Aug 27, 2007
Mode did not do anything unusual there at all

word!!
its not like he did the ''maintain'' thin. . .he didnt even sample the instrumental. . .never lifted any lines
he just used the same idea (categorising the girls). finish!!. . .then they start blabbing

what happened when the game did ''wouldnt get far'' on his last album. . .sounded so much like 2 pacs ''all about you'' and no one complained
