100% HR Recruiters awareness of Computer Science. ------------------------------------------------- 70% of the people asked what is computer programming have no clue what it is, they assume its someone who can fix harddrives better than technicians. 20% of the people think they are IT guys who do networks and engineering. 5% Actually know they people who write computer software(make copies). 3% People who have an idea that they are but not sure whos the right one for the job. 2% Is recruiters who are programming hiring programmers. People don't know anyone who masters JavaScript can create their own libraries like angular, react, etc... but they will ask for someone who knows angular. Like programmers who understand multiparadigms. they hadly get the jobs because recruiters don't know everything. 5 Likes |
