Moon rover for ISRO 2nd moon mission

ISRO plans to land the rover on the dark side of the moon.

No other country has done so till date ie land on the dark side.

Primary mission is to search for helium 3 deposits the cleanest fuel available .

This will help stake indian claim on resources on moon which we believe other countries will start to do in the near future.

Some of Ind.... Cyclotrons and accelerators

Some also used for defence applications in one way or the other.

The 2nd pic mentions the use of these to modify the rubber tiles of the ind.... nuclear submarines at SBC Vizag.

Most of the Ind... research institutes were sanctioned by the west more than once in the past.

Funny thing now American, western companies and institutions send their projects to these very same Ind... Institutions.

What is funny is the warranty of 1500km grin

Seriously it's shows cloning and stealing can give u quantity but not quality wink

The Chinese have a very bad habit angry

The company even copied the paint scheme lipsrsealed

In the past law suits were successfully filed by Bajaj against the Chinese companies trying to sell cloned products in other countries.

That's generations of planning at the highest national levels and hundreds of millions of dollars in educations invested with a long term goal in sight. You ofc have valid criticisms of your leaders but they DID HAVE FORESIGHT!

ISRO carried out a major technology demonstration today, the first in a series of tests to qualify a Crew Escape System, which is a critical technology relevant for human spaceflight. The Crew Escape System is an emergency escape measure designed to quickly pull the crew module along with the astronauts to a safe distance from the launch vehicle in the event of a launch abort. The first test (Pad Abort Test) demonstrated the safe recovery of the crew module in case of any exigency at the launch pad.

After a smooth countdown of 5 hours, the Crew Escape System along with the simulated crew module with a mass of 12.6 tonnes, lifted off at 07.00 AM (IST) at the opening of the launch window from its pad at Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota today. The test was over in 259 seconds, during which the Crew Escape System along with crew module soared skyward, then arced out over the Bay of Bengal and floated back to Earth under its parachutes about 2.9 km from Sriharikota.

The crew module reached an altitude of nearly 2.7 km under the power of its seven specifically designed quick acting solid motors to take away the crew module to a safe distance without exceeding the safe g-levels. Nearly 300 sensors recorded various mission performance parameters during the test flight. Three recovery boats are being exercised to retrieve the module as part of the recovery protocol.

This is the isro Crew Escape System which was tested as part of the PAD abort test

This module or its variants will be placed on top of the space launcher to send Indi/an astronauts into space , and incase of launch failure this will help the crew escape.

2nd from right HLV heavy lift vehicle and is derivative HLV-HSP ( human space program ) for sending Indi/an astronauts to space

2nd pic

Semi cyro engine with 200 ton thrust

3rd pic

Electric propulsion for satellites , no need to carry fuel which will increase operational lifetime, cut down weight and increase the survivability of satellites.

Can also be used to develop miniature killer satellites deployable from a host satellite which will manuver through space to destroy target satellites.

It is not the credit of the morons that ended up as leaders.

All was done by visionaries mostly ordinary people who used all means available to set up the facilities and do the work without or with limited government support. Many private individuals donated money or supported the same.

One can't simply order a weapon system and expect it to be delivered at the earliest.

It takes time.

If they did order , they will have difficulty in paying for the same now due to sanctions
