Can any of these SPAAGs be converted to groundfire like the Tunguska? Imagine a storm of AP 37 mm reaching out to 4km. Within a 1 k only MBTs can resist and beyond most MRAPs and AFVs would also be penetrated.
On top of that it's way cheaper than 20k $+ ATGMs!
