Do you know of any standard outlet, well equipped, well structured with a tight mode of operation?

my advice to you, is to invest your money someplace else , almost every house in naija has a gamming console, from ps3's down to the big grey ps, so dnt bother starting any center, well unless u plan on opening it in the village!
