project8:here is a simple example. you have N15 spent - Balance 5 _ 10 5 _ 5 3 _ 2 1 _ 1 1 _ 0 --------------------- 15 _ 18 --------------------- You wonder why the Balance side is 18 right? that's because it's a kind of two column cash ledger. In ledger account, you don't sum up what's in the balance column and expect it to always give you a correlative digit with the left side, because each gives a distinctive figure for each row which is dependent on the previous column. |
