Gulf Muslims feel like the most superior muslims and look down on all other Arab Muslims. All other Arab muslims look down on African muslims.
Now, Northern Muslims have little regard for their Southern brethren.

Almost correct,except Gulf Muslims are also divided between Sunni & Shi'a. . . . . . and Saudi muslims generally top the entire pile ,followed by the other Gulf muslims(Kuwaiti,Qatari,Omani,Emirati & Bahraini -in no particular order).

Which makes one come to the obvious conclusion that there is indeed a cultural aspect to religion. . . . . . . ^{tho we try to deny it}
