They are members of the nigerian army sniper corp those outfits they r wearin are called ghillie suits ,they r worn inorder to conceal their positions frm the enemy .it takes a brave and smart chap to become a sniper

Those aren't ghillie suits,
ghillie suit is a type of camouflage clothing made of synthetic cloths, rubber etc,
what the are they hv on their body are leaves, shrubs and probably grasses for camouflage, I guess u can say it's improvised ghillie suit.
