in Nigeria there is virtually no stringent laws curtailing rape n punishing them. every day we hear cases of rapist escaping judgement. some arrested n released on bail. at most times the rapist Evn threaten the rape victim.....I hope the govt passes a stringent law to punish rapist n pedophiles alike

i suggest that the rapist should be flogged without mercy for 2 weeks and denied sleep during those weeks but he/she should be given good food & water.

Then he/she should be paraded in the streets on bare foot through out the third week
