Abeg my people, anybody here wen dey work for FBN fit help me?

The first bank wen dey here for Abu Dhabi be like say na joke dem dey joke ooo. Dem no dey pick calls.

I go their office days back to do BVN. The lady wen I meet do documentation finish tell me say if I no get message by Wednesday make I call on Thursday. Til now I still dey call their line ooo. Nobody dey answer.

Then again, for me to activate SMS alert for my account the lady say I go need to bring utility bill. But before now I dey get alert for my MTN line. Na since wen MTN do this their witchhunt dem take block my line I no come know wetin happen to my account again. So as e b now I no know if my money still dey or not and I no get any access to my account at all. Abeg I need advice as to what to do; how I to take even activate SMS alert because if I pay in money I go like get confirmation say e enter. I like to still dey operate the account, but the way dem dey do now, I don decide say if I enter Naija na one hand I go take go close the account. I no want get anything to do with FBN again. Their customer service b like say na play dem dey play ooo.


The one wen dey vex me pass na the mobile number wen dem put there wen dem say the owner name na Safiya Musa. Everything you call dat number na so the person dey busy d call.
Abeg if dem no serious to do anything make dem kukuma pack up and close the office oo.
