The police are more guilty of same offense, when ever they seize a keke from an uncooperative driver they tow it same way.

Useless police, always looking for ways to make illegal money, i even thought they would offer a more logical reason.
That's how a police man stopped the bus ahead of me while I was travelling over the weekend, when the driver was reluctant to 'cooperate' the officer barked, "I will charge you for improper loading".
For my mind I just be like : "Ewoo! " When did NPF change themselves to FRSC?
Today, the FRSC, VIO, NPF, VIGILANTE, CUSTOMS, NDLEA all perform the same function on our highways : REVENUE GENERATION
