Who cares, if he comes back or not? Who sent him to Saudi in the first place? Weather he is in Nigeria or Saudi does it make any difference.

We have lawyers/law students in the house to fill us in on the how. Even if it is just to make a statement/register our disgust, it sounds like a good idea because the worst thing that will happen at this point is for this man to leave that office without some scar inflicted on him, somehow by the Nigerian people for his wickedness.
