All this courts re all court of coordinate jurisdiction . Until appeal court say so sherif still remains the authentic chairman of pipeline destroying party. Why re both parties afraid of court of appeal? Any ways let them continue the fight cos a house divided cannot stand. Pdp shame

This judgement just buried Sherrif and it's total different from previous judicial pronouncements by other judges on the validity of the first PDP Portharcourt convention.

This judgement declares PDP amendment of its constitution that produced Sheriff as PDP Chairman null and void hence Sherrif was an impostor and got no right to be PDP chairman in the first instance.

What Justice Abang OKon is determining is the validity of the convention that sacked Sherrif as PDP Chairman while this very court said PDP NEC erred by amending the constitution to allow Sherrif to occupy the post.

Northern criminals always think they "are born to rule". And yet the north has the most less developed and backward States in the country and the largest population of illiterates!

What makes it a heart-breaking issue is that northerners have ruled this country far more than other regions and yet have no clue about good governance. They're only experts in public treasury looting!

They're thieves and parasites and have no positive thing to contribute in developnent of this country!

This Sherrif issue is really laughable and serious. At the other hand anyone who can hire can equally fire! I still don't know what sherrif is doing as PDP chairman position if not that he is been used by the powers that be.

I read long ago that Buhari daughter is married to a relative of Sheriff. In short, there is a rumour that Sheriff and Buhari are in-laws. I wonder why PDP members allowed Sheriff to become their Chairman!

The Judge affirmed the earlier decision of an Abuja High Court sacking Ali Modu Sheriff.



Ali Modu Sheriff remains sacked




This judgement now brings to 4 the number of differeent Federal High Court Judges who in their seperate rulings have affirmed that Ali Modu Sheriff is not PDP Chairman.
