This is start of a very slippery rope for Nigerians. How does one determine whether something can cause a "breach of peace"? Is it up to the complainant to decide or must a third party do so? I ask this because even the most common of things could be determined to cause a "breach of peace", from having a verbal disagreement with someone to wearing a sign around my neck saying "so and so's mother is a LovePeddler", or something to that effect. The only thing that distinguishes between them is the reaction of the victim. Where does the line stop?
