It was widely reported when PMB referred to Ministers as noise makers. But after several months, he reluctantly appointed them. But question is: What is the difference between now that we have ministers and then (in terms of performance/delivery). Are ministers really noise makers? 1 Like |

makazona: you and I know that this is the worst recession experienced in Nigeria for the past 25yrs, but so far I could name at least 4 ministries that have started/completed projects. the ministry of power(proposed building of solar powered generating plant in Enugu) ministry of transport (construction/completion of railways and train station) ministry of agriculture( tomato Ebola, you know the story) and our amiable Dalung ( stranding our Dream team at Atlanta ) |

Yes the President gave them that role so they have no option. I think they say there is no money so key them make noise. |
