1.Rapture/End time: In Matthew 24, Jesus tells his disciples about the signs of the end time. In verse 24, he says ' Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.' It's been 2000 years and counting . Either he got hit by an asteroid on his way back, or He's running on African time - which would be weird for a Jew. 2. Miracles: In Luke 10:19, Jesus says ' given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you'. I have snakes and scorpions. Any Christian who is willing to test this verse should Pm me. 3. Speaking in tongues: Let's be honest. Speaking in tongues is a sign of mental illness. 'Rababaorobo' isn't a sign of the Holy Spirit - only an adult completely brainwashed would think speaking unintelligible words like a baby somehow holds some deep spiritual meaning. Totally embarrassing. 4. Holy Communion: The Holy Communion or Spiritual cannibalism is a tradition rooted in John 6 ...said to them, "Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you" This sounds like some kind of weird fetish. Eat my flesh and blood to have life in you? Yuck. 5. Tithe: Sometimes, I wish I had this kind of power. A person hustles through years of education and finally lands a job, only to pay 10% of his salary free of charge to some guy who never contributed a Kobo to their education. There is a spirit in man and the inspiration of the almighty gives him understanding ^^ This has been my best quote ever and no matter what side of the belief pendulum I swing to, I find that it still holds true. From my understanding... The passage about scorpions and snakes weren't to be taken in a literal sense. And even if it were, if we operated at Jesus' vibrational frequency....of a truth you will not be harmed because you feel oneness with all that is. All other Christians, however, looking for the "UNCONTAINABLE BLESSING," Promised, generally do not know what they are doing. I HAVE the Uncontainable Blessing: none of them do- because they DO consider that they pay their money to a MAN, and NOT unto GOD.
