hi room mates, i really commend the efforts of the site admin and members of this community this is as it has provided a very good ammmmvenue for resourceful information on various aspect of life problem, however, am just a fresh graduate who is realy in need to grab oportunities to meet up financial challengies affecting the Nigerian graduate. basically, i found a recharge card business offer i'd like to go into, but i need like 50 to 80k to startup the business. on this note am calling on good Nigerians who understand my plight, to assist and come to my aide.

I think how to raise 80k is diferent for everyone.
If you can cut back on your expenses just to save that.
You can talk to families that blv in your venture.
You can look for people that will trust you and know they will get something back from the investment.

Write down at least 10 list of friends, relative and church who at least 5k, plz dnt ask them to borow bt rather put up a proposal in regards to ur biz and pray over it. 3. U can also improvise by using friends equipment and only to pay for d bulk and paper as d case may be. I believe u wil suceed. Cheers.

Prepare the biz plan and then, start from there.

@Fhemmy and chuksab you only need a feasibilty study for a business that isn't proven not one like recharge cards reselling which has proven itself beyond doubt, instead you should be asking him if he has done his home work on a marketing or sales plan as this is critical to making him overcome competition.

Depends on so many things however here are some options open to you;

1. Raising money from family and friends is likely to be your best bet

2. Church members, support groups and village associations is another option

3. Micro-finance institutions are also another option

4. You could start a co-operative society where each member makes a daily, weekly or monthly contribution to a pool. Many businesses have been started by people who used this method.

5. Work part-time as a teacher, marketer or any other short term work for a while then gather your savings together after say 3 months or more

organise tutorials/lessons for some kids in the neighbourhood preferably home classes, target the rich kids, u would be surprsied how much u can make, u could even forget your recharge card deals before u know it.

there is money in it especially if u r a good teacher cos u get referrals easily, other parents would want you too, [b]only if u r good.[/b
