I observed recently that I usually have strong sexual urge and performance outside than with my partner @home: we had a serious misunderstanding 4 month's ago and since then the sexual relationship has been just mechanical and too formal.
Although the matter has been settled, I have been to the doctor and was told am OK,but the situation still persist.

You both have a role to play, eating only beans everyday no be "childs". Get her those stuffs you will like to see on those ladies out there... and you too "variety" yourself. They said women like bad boys; is because they are creative and adventurous. Be creative and adventurous at home e.g eat moi-moi, eat akara all na beans but prepared differently.

Simply, you have not forgiven her. You are still emotionally disturbed or even bearing grudges against her. Just prepare your mind, take her out or to a quiet place, hold her hands and tell her I luv you and I have for given you. Share good thoughts together and your manhood will rise for her again.
