The problem though is that the Indians will not have complete access to the internet. Mark Zuckerberg and the American government will decide what and what Indians can access on the web. The Indians went on a campaign and lobbied their lawmakers not to agree to Mark's offer of free access to the internet. Can you imagine if Nigerian government agreed to such?
